What Mailmeteor does

Mailmeteor sends personalised email campaigns from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account. You build the list in Google Sheets or Excel, write the template once, and it merges names and other fields into each message, with tracking and scheduling built in.

How the pricing works

The free Hobby plan allows 50 emails a day. Paid plans are priced per user: Starter at $5.99/month raises that to 250 a day, Premium at $17.99 adds follow-ups, warm-up and five senders, and Professional at $35.99 adds inbox rotation. Lifetime licences stopped being sold in December 2024.

Where it fits

It is a good match for teachers, recruiters and small teams writing to people who already know them. For cold outreach at scale, a dedicated sequencing tool with multi-inbox warm-up is the safer choice, since Gmail’s own sending limits still apply.

Starting price: Free; paid from $5.99 per user/month (Starter). Model: Freemium per-user subscription, monthly or yearly (yearly gives 3 months free).

Worked exampleA recruiter sending about 4,000 personalised emails a month fits the Starter plan at $5.99 a month on the displayed price.
